Customer support is provided by email. Customers should expect acknowledgement of enquiries within one business day.
Complaints and Appeals
If you are unhappy with our service, please email support@micornet.co.uk with "Complaint" in the subject line and include the domain name and details of the issue.
- We will acknowledge complaints within one business day.
- We aim to resolve complaints within 10 working days where possible.
- If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate via Nominet's complaints process.

Terms and Conditions
These terms apply from the first date you use our services. We may update these terms from time to time.
Key Terms
- Charges: Domain services are charged on an annual basis. Prices are confirmed to the customer before registration, renewal, or transfer-in is processed.
- Renewals: Customers can renew by contacting us by email while the portal is under construction. Renewals are charged annually for continued maintenance of the registration.
- Expiry: We send renewal reminders in advance of expiry. If a domain is not renewed, it may enter the standard expiry and suspension process in line with Nominet policy. Restoration cannot be guaranteed.
- Transfers away / termination: Customers may transfer to another registrar at any time in accordance with Nominet procedures. We do not charge an additional fee for releasing a domain, aside from any outstanding renewal charges already incurred.
